Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is free.

If you place a custom order, delivery may take longer depending on the design and production process.

If your order is urgent, please contact us and we will do our best to prioritize your order.

Once your package has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and monitor the shipment to help ensure it arrives on time.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping within Israel: 4–8 business days (depending on the area)
Shipping to the US / Australia: 2–4 weeks
Shipping to Europe: 1–4 weeks
Shipping to all other destinations worldwide: 1–4 weeks

Shipping may be delayed during holidays or due to severe weather conditions.

If you have not received your package within 30 days, please contact us and we will help locate your shipment.

Please note: The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply to the shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Orders and Shipping

ROTFELD DIAMONDS is responsible for processing orders placed through the website, preparing and packaging purchased products, and transferring shipments to the applicable shipping carrier in accordance with the shipping terms and conditions published on the website.

Once a shipment has been handed over to the shipping carrier, ROTFELD DIAMONDS will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in locating a delayed or missing shipment and, where applicable, in communicating with the relevant shipping provider.

However, ROTFELD DIAMONDS shall not be held liable for delays, loss, damage, or other delivery-related issues caused by or resulting from the actions or omissions of shipping carriers, customs authorities, governmental or regulatory authorities, holidays, weather conditions, force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in this provision shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
