If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Please note that custom-made pieces cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item.

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged, excluding shipping costs, provided they are returned in the same saleable condition as when purchased, within 14 days of the purchase date or within 24 hours of receiving the order — whichever comes first — and are accompanied by the original sales receipt.
